Debbie Tisdale

Senior Program Specialist | Funding Team

Debbie Tisdale is a Senior Program Specialist at the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth, and Their Families. She has been supporting grantees that serve children and youth since joining DCYF in 2011. She primarily works with programs serving K-8th grade afterschool, specialized enrichment, literacy programs, and Beacons. Prior to coming to DCYF, Debbie worked at a large multi-service nonprofit in the Tenderloin supporting childcare, out-of-school-time and youth workforce programming with grants, contracts, and evaluation.

Debbie has a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, and is also a mom to two elementary-aged children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, riding bikes, and cooking.
